Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your lighting fixtures in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
